Academic Journey

How curiosity turned into discipline.

The Foundation

Numerical Intuition

My academic roots are in pure mathematics. Long before complex physics, there was Abacus training and Brain-O-Brain. These early years weren't just about winning competitions; they were about building a permanent mental map for problem-solving. I developed a numerical intuition that allows me to see patterns in data before I even touch a calculator.

Grades 7–9

The Reality Check

Transitioning schools in Grade 7 coincided with the onset of COVID-19. For two years, my approach to academics was relaxed—perhaps too relaxed. While I started Grade 9 with strong results, complacency set in. My consistency dropped, and my final results reflected that. It was a sharp, necessary realization: talent without systems is unsustainable.

Grade 10

The Pivot: 85% to 94.4%

Grade 10 was a conscious decision to "lock in." I shifted my focus from comfort to execution. This jump in my board exam results wasn't a sudden burst of intelligence; it was the result of a refined discipline. I learned how to study, how to manage stress, and how to perform under pressure.

Grade 11: Now

Purposeful Specialization

Today, I lead my class in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. More importantly, I've learned to direct my own path. I made the strategic choice to move from Chemistry to Economics, choosing to follow my interest in systems and finance over traditional pressure. I am currently preparing for my first Economics final with a clear sense of purpose.
